ELT Works is a Brisbane-based English language management consultancy serving clients throughout Australia.

Anne Mackenzie is the founder and Principal Consultant of ELT Works. Anne’s career in education encompasses a diversity of English language training and education management experiences from the Middle East, East Asia, Europe and Australia. Having worked in private organisations and in the university sector, Anne brings a wealth of experience to ELT Works.

Anne holds internationally-recognised post-graduate qualifications in Education, specialising in Teaching of English to Other Speakers (TESOL) and in Language Teaching Management, and is a certified Trainer and Assessor for a range of nationally recognised qualifications delivered by Registered Training Organisations throughout Australia.

Anne provides a range of consultancy services for Cambridge Assessment English and is listed in the English Australia (EA) Consultant Directory.

Anne has direct experience of assisting organisations to prepare for registration and audits with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) or TEQSA.

With a demonstrated passion for course development, Anne has designed a range of English language programs, including General and Academic English, international examination preparation and specialist Volunteer Work and study tour programs.

Anne is experienced in designing and delivering customised English language training to international executives and professional staff from a range of industries, including the banking, education and resources sectors (mining, oil and gas).

Anne is the co-author of a new resource Grammar Booster for OET Nursing and Study Booster for OET.
